Tuition & Fees 2011/2012

All Grade Levels:
Non-refundable Enrollment Fee: 300 € per child

All Grade Levels if Full Time:
437 € a month or 2,080 € per semester
(4,160 € total a year if paid by semester)

3 or 4 year old 5 Mornings:
306 € a month or 1,455 € per semester
(2,910 € a year total if paid by semester)

3 year old – 3 mornings a week:
191 € a month or 910 € per semester
(1,820 € a year total if paid by semester)

Additional afternoons - for 4 year olds only:
Afternoons – One to Four per week 41 € /per afternoon/month or 195 € /per afternoon/semester
(example: 2 afternoons per week would cost 780 € per year, if paid on a semester basis)

Special Offers – Additional Information
• A 10% discount on tuition will be offered for each additional child a family enrolls at ICSS. The oldest child’s tuition is always calculated at full price
• If you enroll or re-enroll your child and bring a new family to ICSS you get a one year 10% discount off your first child’s tuition fee. This can increase up to 15% off for one year if you bring more new families to ICSS.
• Payments made on a semester basis, due September and February. (Families paying on a semester basis have a built-in 5% discount on the tuition price as compared to those paying on a monthly basis.)
• Monthly payment is only possible with automatic withdrawal set up by ICSS and if the family maintains a bank account with a branch in Germany. Payments are made September – June (10 months).
Special fees apply if a withdrawal request is denied by the
bank due to lack of funds in the account. (Please note: if you choose the monthly payment option, you are still required to abide by the refund clause in the Schedule of Fees if you should withdraw your child before the end of a semester.)
• Cash payments, except for new enrollment fees, will not be accepted.

Yearly Book / Material Fees:
• Pre-school 210 € per child
• Kindergarten 300 € per child
• Grades 1 – 4 450 € per child
